Despite being relatively new to the market, the company has already garnered attention by securing clients with significant presence in the online gaming industry. Visual Aspect
The company sets itself apart in the market by predominantly using the color white in its branding. However, to accommodate dark mode enthusiasts and enhance user experience, I recommended implementing an option to switch the website to a black version. This way, users can choose the interface that best suits their preferences, significantly improving the website's UX, especially for mobile users.
Problem
However, incorporating the official and complementary colors into a black background may pose some challenges. The primary color, orange, and the secondary color, a stronger shade of blue, experienced some opacity and readability issues when applied on black. Therefore, for the dark version, only the primary color was used in isolation, with the blue reserved for specific details to ensure better visibility and readability.
Result
As a result, we experienced incredible acceptance, and user tests yielded highly significant results regarding the intuitiveness and pleasant feel of the color implementation. The site's reception was outstanding from the start, requiring no further alterations. Being a mobile-first website, the incorporation of dark mode made all the difference in UI, and its acceptance was spot-on, bringing about an enhanced UX for prospective clients.
